At KhibinCore, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase of headphones, keyboards, and game controllers. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward refund process in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. For hygiene reasons, headphones must be returned with all original ear cushions and accessories intact.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Downloadable software or digital content, unless defective.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the request. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.
Defective or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
