Tracking Your Order at KhibinCore

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from [email protected] containing your unique tracking number. This number is also included in the shipping confirmation email. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for a message with the subject line “Your KhibinCore Order Has Shipped.”

Step 2: Choose a Tracking Method

You can track your package using one of the following methods:

  • Direct Carrier Website: Visit the website of the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS) and enter your tracking number in the designated field.
  • Third-Party Tracking Service: Use a reliable, free tracking aggregator like 17Track to monitor multiple carriers in one place.

Step 3: Use 17Track for Easy Tracking

We recommend 17Track as a trusted third-party tracking tool. It supports over 1,000 carriers worldwide and provides real-time updates. Here’s how to use it:

  1. Go to 17track.net.
  2. Paste your tracking number into the search bar on the homepage.
  3. Click the “Track” button or press Enter.
  4. View the detailed status, including location, transit history, and estimated delivery date.

You can also download the 17Track mobile app (available on iOS and Android) to receive push notifications for status changes.

What to Expect During Shipping

Your order typically ships within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system. If you don’t see updates immediately, please wait a day and check again. Common statuses include:

  • Label Created: The shipping label has been generated, but the carrier hasn’t scanned the package yet.
  • In Transit: Your package is moving through the carrier’s network.
  • Out for Delivery: The package is with the local courier and will be delivered today.
  • Delivered: The package has been delivered to the address provided.
